Formats
>Both MAC & PC files are supported

• Adobe Illustrator CS3 or below (.ai.zip or .eps) (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop 7 or below (.psd, .tiff or .eps) (preferred)
• Files should be set up in CMYK color mode

Media

• CDR/CDRW
•DVD
•Zip Disks (100 & 250 MB)

Note: Failing to follow these guidelines will result in a delay of shipping and/or will incur additional charges.
File Setup

Photoshop:
• Files created in Photoshop should be set up at full size of final output at 100 to 120 PPI (Pixels Per Inch)
• DO NOT embed any color profiles in placed images or Photoshop files
• If you are working in Photoshop, send layered file along with flattened version saved in .tiff, .eps or .jpg format
Please include all fonts used in the file.

Illustrator:
• Files created in Illustrator should be set up at full size or proportionate to final output size
• Any images placed in Illustrator should be saved in CMYK format with a resolution of 100 to 120 PPI at final output size
• DO NOT embed placed files in Illustrator
All fonts used in Illustrator should be converted to outlines
• Illustrator 9 special effects that mimic Photoshop effects such as glows, transparency or drop shadows are not supported for murals or oversized graphics. If these effects are required they must be created in Photoshop.

Example of proportional sizing:
    Final output size: 300"w x 38"h @ 100PPI
    Reduced output size: 30"w x 3.8"h @ 1000PPI (size is 10%, resolution is x 10)



• Include a hard copy of layout for all graphics
• If Pantone colors are used, please indicate on hard copy
• Any critical colors pertaining to logos or corporate identity should be called out as Pantone Coated or Uncoated colors. If you are using the Pantone Spot Color system, a color chip must be provided.
• If an exact match to a custom color is critical, a color corect sample must be provided
• Only send files relevant for output and please indicate output file names in order, disk print out or read me file included with job.

Note: 72dpi images such as gif, jpg, jpeg and bmp that are designed for web pages are generally not adequate for reproduction.
Note: Our graphic displays are replicated precisely from your artwork submissions. Variations in color or shading are often a result of viewing on un-calibrated equipment. We are not responsible for these variations. Please provide pantone numbers for accurate reproduction.

Submitting Files

Customers are responsible for sending all required artwork to Displays2go.
We are unable to retreive artwork from locations other than our FTP server or mailed media.

    Files under 250Mb may be submitted using our FTP server:

  • Please compress all files and folders using the ZIP file format.
  • Files must be named using your order number (ex. OE_123456.zip).
        Displays2go will not address and is not responsible for delays due to improperly named files.
  • Please e-mail your customer service representative or ftp@displays2go.com (if no CSR) when your upload has completed.
        Your order number should be in the subject of the message.
        This allows us to verify that we have received your artwork.
  • FTP Server information:
       Host: ftp.displays2go.com
       Username: displays2go
       Password: your e-mail address
       Directory: /upload

       Files over 250Mb and mailing submission:

  • Please write your order number (OE) on the disk and envelope
  • We accept the following media:
       CD-R (No CD-RWs)
       DVD
       ZIP (100, 250 and 750 only)
  • Do not send CDs or DVDs without a case or sleeve
