
Our Custom Display department specializes in product modifications of our existing acrylic stock displays. The majority of custom orders involve varying the width, height, or depth of these products. Our manufacturing is also capable of adding pockets, business card holders, silkscreen logos, pen holders, and other acrylic accessories to your custom display.

Please Note: We cannot quote on custom display cabinets, wire, metal, or wood displays. Most of these items are sourced into our warehouse. Our primary material for custom fabrication is acrylic. |

1: Can you create a custom wood, wire, or metal display?
Rarely. Most of our wood, wire and metal displays are sourced or
imported. ACRYLIC displays are our forte.
2: I only need one custom display. Will you create it for me?
The custom order minimum depends on the individual product being quoted. For smaller products, it's safe to assume we'll have a quantity 500 unit minimum. For larger products, assume they'll be at least a 50 unit minimum. We can't achieve manufacturing efficiencies producing small runs of, for example, 1, 5 or 25 displays.
3: Will I be able to see a sample unit prior to placing my custom order?
Yes, we FedEx prototypes and require that you see and approve a sample unit prior to placing an order.
4: What is the lead time for a custom order?
The lead time for custom orders is generally 3 – 4 weeks.
5: Can you silkscreen on corrugated (cardboard)
displays? No, we do not currently silkscreen on any corrugated displays. We
only silkscreen on our acrylic displays. |

Can I put my custom order on a credit card?
For custom orders, we always require a 50% deposit with the balance
due prior to shipping. We do not accept credit cards as a form of
payment for custom orders. We do accept company check and wire transfer.
Sample units may be paid for with a credit card.
Can you send my custom order to a variety of
locations?
Yes, we can drop ship your order to a variety of locations. There
is a $5.00 per location drop ship fee, in addition to standard shipping
costs.
Will you ship my order overseas?
No, we only ship to the US and Canada. We will ship your order to
a freight forwarder who can handle shipping your order overseas.
Will you silkscreen on my custom unit?
Yes, we can silkscreen on most of the custom units we create.
How will my custom units be packed?
Most custom
units are quoted as "bulk" packed but special pack outs are available
and can be quoted with a custom run price quote. |
