Wish I Would Have Purchased Something Else

Instructions provided not adequate. No other instructions online, at the website. Called company and they could not provide any resources to assist. Only the one paper that came with the product was my only resource. I had to lug it over to my daughter and son-in-laws home to get assistance. Initially they put it together but without it being attached to something was not able to release any of the tension on the arms so it could freely move about. It took 2 people to hold it down and get it attached. Also had to purchase some grips to lay inbetween attached area because the weight of the arms made it slip off with any movement. I bought it thinking it would provide extra space with the ability to shift and move "out of the way". Very disappointed w product and cannot return it since I have thrown away original carton it came in. Customer service is rated 0 since they could not provide any assistance.

To continue.... I received an email from Ken Galuppo, customer service rep, and he cc's Laren Pelletier, and states: "Thanks for taking the time to complete the Trust Pilot Survey regarding your recent order (copied below). I have forwarded your comments to our Product Department to see if there are further instructions/tips to resolve your issue. The ticket # for this request is 94778. I hope to get more information within the next 24 hours and will be back in touch with you." After 4 days I sent him an email to remind him that I sm still awaiting a resolution and/or a phone call. It has now been over a week and no one jas attemted to contact me with any type of assistance. I suppose I will need to go up the chain. How dissappointing!.

Karen Pelletier, Contact Center Operations Manager, took ownership and delivered a different product within a week that I choose. I did not have to return the previous product. She delivered excellent customer service and I'm now a satisfied customer.
