Silkscreen Artwork Submission Information

Please read all of the guidelines and requirements on this page. Complaints resulting from failure to follow the guidelines outlined in this document will not be accepted.

• Artwork should be sent out/submitted the same day the order has been placed to avoid delays
• After receiving your file, it will reviewed for printing requirements. If the file does not meet all necessary requirements, you will be contacted.
• If corrections are required, you may make these changes yourself and resubmit the file or choose to have us make the corrections (if we are able to do so). Additional costs may be incurred if corrections are required to prepare your file.
• After the file has been approved we will send a proof for your approval. The proof will reflect any changes that have been made. We will proceed with printing only after your approval.
• Production lead time starts AFTER printed proof has been approved.

• Only Vector based artwork can be accepted
  
• Convert all fonts to outlines and/or include all fonts used. If unsure, send all fonts used.
  
• Logos and line based objects should remain in vector format
• All colors must be separated for spot colors (pantone specified), no process colors

• Adobe Illustrator CS3 (or earlier) (.ai or .eps)
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept other file formats

• We are only able to accept vector based files for these products
  
• Please do not send any rasterized artwork
  

Submitting your Files

Customers are responsible for sending all required artwork to Displays2go.
We are unable to retrieve artwork from locations other than email or mailed physical media.

Files under 20Mb may be submitted using email:
• Please compress all files and folders using the ZIP file format.
• Files must be named using your order number (ex. OE_123456.zip). You obtain a confirmation OE# when you place your order on our website or when you call in your order at 1-800-572-2194.
• For Google checkout customers you will receive a confirmation number (ex.1234567812345.zip) when you place your order on our website. Preface this number with OE_your confirmation.zip (OE_1234567812345.zip) for example.
  

Files over 20Mb and mailing submission:
• Please write your order number (OE) on the disk and envelope
• We accept the following media:
  • CD-R (No CD-RWs)
  • DVD
  • USB Flash Drives
• Do not send CDs or DVDs without a case or sleeve
• Artwork should be submitted on disposable media. If you choose to submit on a flash drive, it will not be returned.
