Engraving Artwork Guidelines


General set-up fees

• Artwork that requires touch-up will be billed at $70.00 per hour

File Formats Accepted

• Adobe Illustrator CS2 or below (,ai or .eps)
• Adobe Photoshop CS2 or below (.psd, .tiff or .eps)

File Formatting

• Include all tiff, eps files and their original files
• Files should be in vector format or at least 300dpi at 100% of final size
•All fonts must be included (screen and printer fonts) unless all type is converted to paths (outlines)

Note: Failing to follow these guidelines will result in a delay of shipping and/or will incur additional charges.

Note: 72dpi images such as gif, jpg, jpeg and bmp that are designed for web pages are NOT adequate for reproduction.

Files can be sent by the following means:
•USB Stick •CD or DVD
• Zip Disks (100 MB)
• E-mail (sent to the attention of your customer service representative)
*The media storage device will not be returned to sender*		 Please Send Disks To:
