Vinyl Artwork Information & Guidelines

Artwork Submition Note Available Vinyl Colors
Please Note: Vinyl colors shown above are approximate. Colors viewed are dependent upon type of monitor and monitor settings and will not match exactly.

Pricing is based on a one-color imprint on the header. Additional colors up to a maximum of three may be available for an additional cost. The complexity of your design will determine this. Please speak to your customer service representative about that possibility.

Text Titles & Phrases

Please email the following to artproducts@displays2go.com or include in the “Notes” section at Checkout

  • The text you want imprinted. (Less text means larger font)
  • Verify the number of text lines.
  • The font you would like to use. You can choose any standard font found in Word. (Ex. Helvetica, Arial, Times) If no font type is specified Times will be used.
  • Specify if you would like to use all uppercase, lowercase, or both.
  • Horizontal positioning on graphic area. (Ex. centered, left or right).
  • Vertical positioning on graphic area. (Ex. 1” up from bottom to the baseline of the text).
  • Stock color for imprint. (See chart)



  • For logos and non standard fonts please follow the guidelines below

    Only Accepted file Formats for Logos:

  • Adobe Illustrator CS5 (or earlier) (.ai or .eps)


  • Submitting your Files

    Customers are responsible for sending all required artwork to Displays2go.

    We are unable to retrieve artwork from other locations.

    *Email your file to artproducts@displays2go.com or your representative (if you already have one) with the
    Order number in the subject line.



    Artwork Submission Process

  • Artwork should be sent out/submitted the same day the order has been placed to avoid delays.
  • After receiving your file, it will be reviewed within 24 hours for printing requirements. If the file does not meet all necessary requirements, you will be contacted. Please note: this will delay the process.
  • If corrections are required, you may make these changes yourself and resubmit the file or choose to have us make the corrections (if we are able to do so). Additional costs may be incurred if corrections are required to prepare your file.
  • If you are unable to provide vector artwork we may be able to reformat your logo into vector file for a fee. Please call the Art Group for a quote at 1-855-868-7003.
  • After the file has been approved we will send an e-proof for approval. The proof will reflect any changes that have been made. We will proceed with printing only after receiving your approval.
  • Production lead time begins AFTER the e-proof has been approved.

  • General Guidelines

  • Only vector based artwork will be accepted. Click here for Vector Artwork Examples. Examples of correct and incorrect vector formats.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines and/or include all fonts used. If including fonts used please send the true type font (.ttf)
  • Logos and line base objects should remain in vector format.
  • Include a layered file when appropriate. This allows us to make minor corrections if necessary.
  • Also, include the imprint color in the file for your artwork.


  • File Size and Bleeds

  • Please indicate any special positioning requirements.
  • Artwork will be enlarged proportionatly within the imprint area if not specified.
