The dark background makes the color from the included fluorescent markers really stand out! Each neon message board is outfitted with many small, energy-efficient LED lights (red, blue and green) hidden under one edge of the frame. These are illuminated in 13 different combinations, creating a wide array of available lighting settings. To change the flashing sequence on the neon message board, simply press the small button located on the side of the black frame.
