Picture Frame Order

I really like these frames and have ordered them several times before. This time, however, one of the frames came deeply scratched on the front. When I called about this, I was told a replacement would be sent. I was happy that it would be taken care of without a problem. This builds my confidence in re-ordering from your company. Thanks.

Nice, but broken

The frames look nice overall, but each one of the six were damaged in some way upon arrival (scrapes in the finish, corners broke, scrapes in glass). I need them this week, otherwise I would have returned them and asked for a full refund due to the damage.
