Can't charge or turn off iPad

This display is aesthetically pleasing, and is sturdy. But there is a limit in functionality of this stand. The stand requires a screw driver to dismount the iPad to turn off/on the iPad, or to charge the device. You cannot charge the device while mounted in the stand.
