Each holder features a black mat with attractive gold trim, highlighting degrees from a state university or college beautifully! To load the double diploma frame, simply remove the backer and slide in a certificate! For added convenience, the holder can hang in either landscape or portrait orientation. The hanging style of the diploma frame just depends on the orientation of the state university certificate. Users can also remove the black mat and use the unit to display a single 22” x 15.5” image.

It could be better

I was pleased with the product when I received it. The frame is Ok for the price and as another review said, the "glass" is not shiny as a glass. It is a blurry plexiglass. I prefer plexiglass over the real glass but the blurriness is disturbing even after removing the protective screen. I had other pictures with plexiglass which are nice and lighter and you cannot see any difference from the glass. This one is disappointing. When trying to hook it up, on hook came off lose. :-(

Not a Good Product

I ordered 10 frames because they were the only ones on the internet I could find that would fit two 8/12 x11 documents. Half of the frames were broke when they arrived, and the other half were in OK condition, with some white chips in the frame that I will use brown filler to fix. The hanging hooks on the back of the frame are way to small and cheap for the size of the frame. I already broke the hooks trying to hang the first frame, and am just going to go get some wire so I'm able to hang the frames. Additionally, the glass on the frames is some kind of cheap plexiglass, not clear glass, and it's hard to see the documents through the frame. Despite the defects in this product, I gave it 2 stars solely because the Returns Process was very customer friendly and very simple. I will give Displays2Go 5 stars for their customer service.
