they do not pack well/ship well

once assembled they look nice however it came pretty beat up, the dowels that hold to it together all came broken, the clips were all bent. this was one of two orders for same item. Both came damaged.

Terrible product

My team needed this for trade shows, and we were severely disappointed when it arrived. Not only did it arrive damaged, there were scratches all over the top piece and down the sides, but it also didn't sit level. We were not happy with this purchase at all and will be calling about returning the product.

Disappointed

We were waiting for CNTRCTBLK to become available but ran out of time and ordered TSCKD11BLK as an alternative. Product arrived on time and as described and in nice fabric cases that looked like they would protect the content. However, both of the units received had multiple damage points. The lamination in the corners appears very brittle and was broken in several places. Two of the corners were crushed. Some of the dowels were sheared in half. Because of the time requirement, we had to make do with these. We were able to make them usable with black electrician's tape and glue.
