Replacement Hardware Kit for BIGFT

This replacement hardware kit for BIGFT helps keep your banner flag stand in tune and ready to use! Included with purchase are 4 support leg clips that secure the posts into place when placed onto the base. Once your existing telescoping pole is attached, 10 rings are fed along the post which is used to attach to your flag grommets. One thumb screw is provided to secure your existing support arm pole to the telescoping bar. To prevent the bottom plastic flag ring from traveling up the pole, one weighted padlock is included in this kit. Attach the top of your flag to the 5 support arm rings. To help prevent the top rings from sliding off, 3 ring stoppers are supplied.

Ridiculous

It's ridiculous that I have to buy four of these packs just to get the leg clips. It's the only part I needed and when I emailed and spoke to customer service about just needing the leg clips they said I just had to buy the entire part pack. I've now purchased 7 of these part packs and the only pieces I ever need are the leg clips because they break or go missing. Everything else is fine. I've spent almost $200 to get the smallest cheapest pieces out of these packs. Customer service isn't good. You should be able to buy individual parts.
