Need better poles

The banner and base quality of these items are good. However, there is a major flaw in the design of your support poles. They are not strong enough, very flimsy and are bowing. The banners we have gotten from other vendors have much more durable poles. We set up and tear down our banners weekly, and I can tell that the durability of the poles supplied will only last for a few weeks. After spending more than $800 for these banner systems, I was expecting much better. I called the customer service line and was told that there are no alternative solutions.
