This exterior-rated 8.5x11 brochure holder is a simple yet effective marketing tool for restaurants, tourism spots, and real estate offices! Each outdoor trifold pocket is fabricated from tough and rugged polycarbonate plastic to better withstand the elements. Our lidded acrylic 8.5x11 brochure holder features a self-closing lid, although it is recommended that this unit be placed under an awning for additional water protection. The full-size pocket is perfect for offering take-out menus or real estate flyers. Additionally, the weather resistant 8.5x11 brochure holder can be customized with the optional divider accessory. The dispenser adjusts from a single 8.5” x 11” display to two compartments for stocking standard folded pamphlets. The outdoor holder offers a clear, unobstructed view so you can place this in the perfect location for passing visitors all day long or after business hours. Two types of mounting hardware are included (Screws and high-bond VHB tape.)

Great quality, easy to install

I ordered this 6 years ago, and it was in use 24/7 outdoors in all weather. Although the mechanics were still strong, the acrylic was yellowing, scratched and dulled, so I ordered another. It now looks very professional and up to date. You have to slide the case onto the backing until the bottom tucks into the black back, and I found it was easiest if I slid it in part way then stood it up and tapped it down gently and evenly on a table. You have to be pretty insistent with the last 1/4 inch till it snaps into space, but it's worth it. I put it on the window with the tape -- very strong and easy. Sturdy acrylic, sturdy mechanics, keeps out the rain, and beautiful!

Nice and sturdy

These boxes are nice and sturdy plastic. The hinged top opens completely for easy access to the contents. I like that they are versatile and can either hold a 8 1/2" x 11" item or 2 tri-folded items. I mounted them on our metal siding HOA building with self-adhesive Velcro and they are holding up extremely well.
