Good looking shelf when its not broken

When we received this shelf it was all shattered into pieces and we were very disappointed, however as soon as I called they assisted me and sent a new one for free.The new shelf they sent looks good, however they should be more cautious about shipping as I see many others had the same experience.

Is this a joke?

The package arrive and most parts where broken, under closer inspection we realized this is a used rack that they had broken into pieces and put into a box. No paperwork no instructions. These people are crazy!
