Missing Parts

I would have rated higher if all the parts were in package. I had to go to home depot to get the correct washers and screws. There was also an extra set of screws which were not noted in the instructions or even needed. Found it easier to get the parts myself than waste time to contact company to send parts. Still very inconvenient for me.

Great Quality, Good Design, Directions ****, A Little Too Tall

We bought this for our LGOLED65C7P, hoping to raise it high enough over the top shelf of our entertainment center. It raised it all right, just too much:-). Make sure that you take into account where the mounting holes are on your tv. We did not take this into consideration and will have to buy another stand to keep our necks from breaking looking up at this one:-). We subtracted a star due to the design flaw of the shelving and instructions. The build quality is great, sturdy and heavy. The design could use little more customization options on the shelving placement. The directions are almost useless as the individual parts aren't labeled as to what they are, leaving a bit of trial and error on which screws go where. The tool and screw bags were broken open inside the packaging which made rounding them up fun.
