Requiring only a hammer for assembly, the spike can be installed in grass, sand, and other types of terrain for a stable set-up. Once set-up, twist the black ground post stanchions onto the base and attach the 6.5’ chain on one of the C-hooks to create barriers for gardens or manage lines for outdoor attractions. While traditional crowd control poles are metal and so will rust if left outside for extended periods of time, these QueuePole.Outdoor units are rust-proof and fade-resistant to keep their bright color. As well, since the chain is made with links to hook into the poles, the length is adjustable for shorter distances. If needed, the removable bollard can be pulled and re-installed in new locations.
