SAD Light Therapy Box with 2,000 - 12,000 LUX and 3,000 - 6,500k Color Temperature

This SAD light box mimics the effects of strong daylight. These light boxes are typically used during colder seasons shorter or darker days. Use this light box at home or in the office with the compact footprint. The easel-style back makes it easy to display and can be successfully positioned in either portrait or landscape. The light box is very easy to use with a set of buttons for a light timer (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes), color (adjusting between 3,000k and 6,500k), as well as brightness (adjusting between 2,000 and 12,000 lux).

It is recommended to use your light box for up to 1 hour per day. For best results, place the frame 6 to 24" from you, with 18" an ideal distance. Users who are not quite used to an SAD light box may find it best to start with smaller time or brightness and steadily increment.

Each lightbox can be cleaned with a light, mild, non-abrasive cleaner that does not contain solvents or cleaners containing ammonia or bleach. Wipe with a soft cloth. Recommended only for indoor use in a dry environment. Unplug when not in use.
