Why is there a charge for the site survey?
The $295 non-refundable fee covers travel and expenses for a field technician to review site logistics to determine installation requirements. If you decide to move forward with the installation process, the fee is applied to the cost of the installation.
What locations are eligible for install services?
Currently only available in the United States, excluding Alaska.
How much does installation cost?
Installation costs are calculated based on the logistical findings during your site survey and vary depending on the specifics of the install.
When will I receive my quote?
Your assigned ZUTEK project manager will deliver your quotation within 48 hours of the completion of the site survey.
How long does the installation process take?
Average installation takes about 14 business days.
How do I provide feedback or a testimonial?
Your ZUTEK project manager will provide you with a link to share your thoughts when installation has been completed.
What is the warranty coverage after 60 days?
ZUTEK covers product damage incurred during installation services. Hardware issues are covered under Displays2go's warranty. If there are problems with your hardware, Displays2go will dispatch a ZUTEK service technician to assess the issue.
