Broken out of the box

The retaining clip on the stand was broken out of the box and after further inspection, it is very poorly made of cheap, brittle plastic. We had purchased this after our last trade show in August '22 and hadn't opened it until May '23. This was our mistake. Because of the length of time from the delivery, Unfortunately, it is neither repairable nor salvageable. Edit: Displays2Go provided me with a full credit for this broken stand, despite the time that had elapsed. I really appreciate a company that still stands behind their products and is dedicated to customer service. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you Susanne!

Replacement parts

some of 9 units arrive with damaged buttons and missing parts, but after asking for help, customer service immediately answered and sent the to us the replacements with no charge. Great service.
