I ordered 4 of these units and 2 arrived with broken or snapped off hooks. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement considering the amount of shipping costs I paid. Their return policy makes you pay for return shipping which is almost as much as I paid for the units or I'd be sending them back. Contacting my credit card company about a possible chargeback.
