Poor Customer Service

Buyer beware, while the box itself is absolutely fine you need to be aware that it may be keyed the same as other boxes they sell. Or if you order 2 of these boxes they may be keyed entirely different. There is no mention of this and when I tried to get assistance on it, I instead received poor customer service.
