Comfortable bar stool

The product was easy to put together. They look good and are comfortable. Two bar stools came in a box. The leather on front edge of one of the stools was ripped. I notified Displays2go, but they didn't respond. So if you get a bad piece you are stuck with it. Customer service is not good.
