Perfect set up for medical office

I have ordered these previously and they are the perfect set-up. They are durable and easy to install. They last a long time and only require minimal adjustments over time. These are very economic options when you compare other wall mounted PC work station especially in the medical market place. I will purchase them again in the future!

Instructions are awful

I purchased one of these to compare it to another brand with a much higher price tag. The other brand has been installed- and came with pretty clear, concise instructions. The instructions for this unit are awful. It gives no guidance on how high the wall brackets should be mounted off the floor for the average user- nor does it indicate how far apart the 2 brackets should be from one another when mounted. This is not a guessing game. When you're drilling holes in your walls, you want them to be right. The instructions make this guesswork.

wall mount bracket a puzzler

Received the item in great condition and the product seems well build and sturdy. After installing to see if it will be a good working solution, it does not seem to be as adjustable as it needs to be. The tension on both the monitor arm and keyboard arms is very springy and does not seem to be relaxing despite adjusting the tension settings. This may prove unsatisfactory as the arms will not stay where you want them and will be a constant fight to manage. It has been difficult to find any help for this issue anywhere as well.
