Top doesn't fit base

The base is too small compared to the top part. The holes for the bolts don't line up. I tried to force it but it's just not going to work. I'm not sure if I just got a dud but I'm reaching out to their customer service.

Solid and durable

I have purchased several of these for real estate use. They are really a well made sturdy product and the snap frame allows for quick and easy art changes. There is enough weight to it that I haven't had any problem with wind moving it. It actually held up pretty well when a BMW smashed into it...held up better than the BMW anyway.

Great Product - Highly Recommend

We received our sidewalk sign posters and were very happy with the quality. We live in a very windy part of the country (Wyoming) and this will withstand our wind gusts. It was easy to install and easy to change out the signs. I was going to order one size bigger but it was out of stock, I am glad I went with the smaller size as it is perfect (anything bigger would have been too much). We highly recommend this product.
