So easy to use. Used to promote activities in our park. We are in florida and in the summer we get a lot of wind and rain. This sign holds up! Wish the board inside was also a white board. We use poster board and create our own messages but they have a reasonable service where you can upload a design you create and they will ship it to you. Anytime our residents are this sign everyone pays attention to it. Thank you
