This mount is quite sturdy and attractive. It comes with 2 different size metallic pipes which is handy if you are not exactly sure how long you really need it to be. I am very happy with the quality and style of this mount and would highly recommend it.

Disappointed

This item was identified and advertised as an appropriate ceiling mount for my video projector. When I attempted to connect the mount to my projector I learned that I would need to jury rig the connection to make it work. FORTUNATELY, I still had parts of my previous ceiling mount that had broken after serving well for a few years. If I had not had those "extra" parts I would not have been able to connect my projector to this mount. Since I have not yet completed the installation on my ceiling I do not yet know if the mount will actually work (by allowing me to set the correct balance, etc.). I am disappointed that this ceiling mount was advertised as the correct mount for me projector because it clearly is NOT the correct mount.
