Dark Wood or Oak color... But you get Gray???

I have been eyeing this for awhile. Great addition to my shop with all dark wood tones. Finally pulled the trigger and will admit it arrived fast. Which for $75 in shipping in should. Opened it and its gray. Not dark wood. Or anywhere near dark wood. The 2 options for this product are Dark wood which the picture clearly shows is dark wood. Or Oak, which again the picture clearly shows an oak tone, though obviously pine wood is used. Called them and I am being asked to pay another $75 to ship it back and was directed to the site and return policy there while on the phone with a customer service rep. They also dont know if they have any that the site is offering?? WTF. They sent me a product that is not as described or even close. Its like ordering a white shirt, getting a blue one and the company wanting to charge you to exchange it. Truly Bizarre!
