This iPad display table is perfect for any trade show or exhibit to advertise bold video tutorials, as well as offer handouts with the 8.5” x 11” literature holder. Included is a figure-8 cord that plugs into your personal USB charger, runs through the aluminum post and exits the bottom, allowing for continued seamless charging within the rotating enclosure. The floor standing iPad table securely holds your device under lock and key, so that you are free to check out competitors at that trade show or view from afar for reactions to your tech-savvy presentation. Now you can walk away as long as you’d like knowing your tablet is safe in the locked enclosure while your business brochures are proudly presented. Each floor standing fixture will continuously stream your video and with the home button exposed you can adjust your presentation at any time. The iPad table stands 39” high with one acrylic tabletop, allowing customers to view physical products as well. The enclosure features an opening for the front and rear facing cameras as well as an accessible head phone jack, making for a fully functional tablet even while it is locked in place.

Hi David! We currently use Planning Center because it integrates with our database; however, there are tons of different options. They all are pretty much the same in that you check in (we have parents use the last four digits of their phone number) and labels/nametags are printed for all kids along with a pick up tag for the parents to bring and show the teachers when picking up their children. I love that you can access reports, guests, attendance, etc. through these check in systems. I highly recommend heading this direction!
