mediocre product and expensive replacement parts

I ordered this product for a front office at a university. most of it looks great, but the top acrylic pockets are poorly made in that they snap easily since they're not in direct line with the screw holes on the main stand.. We've had the item for less than a month. We paid $136.00 for the item (good initial price, yes) but when I called to get a replacement top pocket, I was informed that they only come in 4's and the cost would be over $50 with shipping!! WOW! For an acrylic piece of junk, you'd think the company would provide a replacement for way cheaper or gratis. Customer service was all over the place as well, transferred me to 3 people before I got someone who was qualified to help. Save your money on this item... perhaps go with the sturdier mesh pocket option because the acrylic pocket holders are a joke. We will never be ordering from Displays2Go again.
