Pros: Easy Installation Height adjustment for monitor is easy. Good price. Cons I use it mostly in stand position. And I found it not that convenient to use it that way The keyboard mouse/tray is too small. I barely have space to move mouse around even with a compact keyboard, I'll try to get a mouse with trackball and see if it can fit in the small tray. Also the small tray left no space for palm rest and it is hard to relax arms without additional support. My arms got tired quickly. It will be good to have an expandable tray or attachable second tray. And it takes some effort to press down the keyboard tray when using it in stand position.
mounted with no issues, looked good and doctor liked them for the most part. the keyboard shelf needs a lip all around to keep the mouse from sliding off on the floor. the velcro keyboard pads were fine but even with a soft rubber mouse pad the mouse repeated found the floor any time the keyboard tray moved. also there was no cap on the swivel where the keyboard shelf mounted to the adjustable arm even thought it appeared to be drilled for a cap. cosmetic, did not affect the utilization but looked a bit out of place with the rest of the kit.

The product appears to be of a pretty good quality and is attractive. The arms are sufficiently long and the rise would be enough for sit to stand work. However, we must return it, pay for shipping, & patch the holes in our wall because no amount of tension-tightening is enough to support our 27" monitor. In addition, we were not able to get the keyboard tray to remain close to horizontal. So typing would be painful and the mouse slid right off. We would be pleased to be reimbursed for all shipping costs since the product did not live up to its claims.
These mounts worked great. I have used them on our loading docs for 16 monitor/keyboard installs. I actually used one of the keyboard arms on the monitor section so the users could swing the monitors further around towards the dock doors when they were scanning at the doors. The only thing I would change is the lip on the keyboard tray should be redesigned so that it faces up at the front to prevent the mouse from falling off when the tray is slightly tilted down. They can't be flipped that way now due to the lip on the back hitting the mounting bracket. I think I will cut the lip on future installs so I can flip the tray over.
