So nice, I ordered twice

I had purchased three of these sign holders about two years ago and they've worked out nicely. I have a need for more, so I went ahead and bought another ten with confidence. They come with little plastic strips that you adhere at the level you want. Then your sign snaps into those little rails. I like these for outdoor use, in front of stores, and as directional signs for events.

not as described!

I purchased this DOUBLE SIDED sandwich board that clearly states that it comes with two sets of banner holders in the description. Mine only came with one set. The directions clearly state that a banner holder should be placed at the top and bottom of each poster but with only one set I'm left with a one sided board. I would just return it but I've already spent over $100 on custom sized posters for this particular sandwich board. I tried customer service to see if they could send me the other set but they are claiming it's a typo and there's no way for me to get another set, even if I purchase them. What a joke.
