Retractor Banner Display with Replacement Graphic Cartridge

This retractor banner display has a telescoping pole allowing it to stand from 61”-86.5 tall. Portable by design, the modern trade show stand features a carry bag allowing it to be neatly packed and stored. The height adjustable banner display also includes a custom printed graphic that can be tailored specifically to your brand. Included on the portable stand is a replacement cartridge for easy graphic change and ease of use. The banner display also has adjustable floor levelers to accommodate any surface. Absolute Junk!

I'm appalled at the quality of this stand. The printed banner portion itself was very nice, but upon pulling the entire thing out of the case, all of these pieces were left sitting in the case that had broken or fallen off. See photo. We pulled up the banner to see what it looked like and it wouldn't retract back into the stand as it said it was supposed to. Finally we grew frustrated and we called Displays2Go for help. They said they had to locate the manual for the stand and would email it to us so we could try to reset the retraction. We still have not received the instructions. Our engineering team tried for hours to make it work and couldn't figure it out. We now have a banner, unrolled, getting wrinkled on the floor because it won't retract. Also, the stick that holds the banner up came broken. The stretchy cord inside snapped and was sticking out of the pole. Very disappointed and a waste of hours of our time trying to repair the broken product we were sent.
