Looks nice, but leans

We ordered 3 of these. Very excited at the look and feel when they arrived. 2 of them are working out fine, but we only have 1 of the frames on each of those. The 3rd on we put 2 frames on, stacked one on top of the other like in the picture but that one leans and wobbles. We tighten it and it only stays straight for a day or two then it leans again. Would not purchase again, bummer because they look great but don't last long.
