15" HD Digital Photo Frame - not displaying all photos

Hello, I have used photo frames in the past, I went with this model for size and ease of hanging on the wall. I have tried to upload photos (57 photos) and have resized them to fit the specs at 72 dpi (1440x900). The frame stops after 4th photo, and it is not showing the photos of how I have them in order by filename numbering sequence. I have tried contacting Displays2Go live chat and it appears the support tech has disappeared in our conversation. Not happy with this product or company! I want a refund please!
