Broken and missing piece - won't replace missing piece

The worst customer service. The stand came with a missing critical connection piece and customer service told me they can't help at all because it's past the return policy. They didn't even offer to tell me how I can get a new one, which I would have bought if needed - what am I supposed to do with a completely useless stand? As a company who stands by their product, shouldn't they send a complete product?

A little difficult

I thought this was exactly what I needed, and it's close, but not quite. There is no camera access from the stand once the iPad is in place and it is really difficult to change from floor stand to counter stand with no clear directions on how to make that happen.
