Design flaw
The clamps aren't made to fit the grid walls. The clamp screw is so short that you have to take it completely out to get the clamp around both wall tubes, and then the screw only goes into the threaded hole about 1- 2 threads. Barely clamping down. I had to buy 1/4" longer screws to make it work properly.
