Positive response to damage.

Purchased this display case for some of my collections. Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken shelf. A call to your company brought a prompt courteous reply and another shelf in 2 days! An email to Lucy brought another prompt reply and another case, which is perfect! Your company’s responses were great. Unfortunately, this seems to be a very fragile product. Thanks for your continued ncern and help.

Worked Perfectly for My Purpose

I have been buying annual Hess Mini Trucks for my grandson and wanted to give him a display case for them. This case fit the bill perfectly with each shelf wide enough to accommodate 2 rows of one year's collection. So there are enough space for 8 years of collections or he can use the space for some other "treasures" of his. Thank you!

Very nice display cabinet

I bought this not to hold valuables for a show, but to display models. The case is of a good size to contain a number of models (I found some others not to have sufficient depth). The case is very nicely constructed and should last the rest of my life. If I were to add anything to it, it would be a base of some sort. Nothing major, just something a half inch or so high to give it a definitive top and bottom. Very much worth the price and recommended for those who want something of this size.
