Terrible Customer Service

I tried to cancel this order within 20 minutes after find it ng better pricing elsewhere and they shut the customer service chat off within the listed business hours. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel and they took 2 day to respond, coincidentally responding that my order couldn't be refunded due to it already shipping just minutes after a pre-shipment email was sent. I was going to refuse this order, but it was then delivered to the wrong address (a neighboring business) and now they want me to pay return shipping due to Fed Ex's mistake. 0/10 would not recommend.

ordered a few of these and had issues with the boards being cracked or warped. overall look great but wish for some higher quality wood tops. can always unscrew the wood tops and install new ones in the future.
