Does Not Turn On

As per manual "NOTE: If the battery of digital frame is empty, please charge it at least 15 minutes before turning it on." Its been over an hour and still no luck. Spoke with Displays2Go rep and a replacement will be sent. Fingers crossed it works. I will update this review at that time.

Do not order this

Incredibly cumbersome to operate. Slide show function did not work. Ordered 2 units, same issue with each. No instructions in the box. User manual online doesn't tell you how to do anything but power on/off. Called customer support and they were not able to assist. They said they would email something to re-download onto device but email never came. Also charged for return shipping...deducted from refund.
