SEG Stretch Fabric Lightbox Wall with Customized Single Sided SEG Graphics

Shed some light on your brand with this SEG stretch fabric lightbox wall. Strips of bright LED lights on top and bottom create a brilliant glow inside the aluminum frame. The display includes full color custom printed graphics on the front and a blackout panel on the back for a complete exhibit backwall. The SEG lightbox wall comes with a wheeled transport case and all hardware needed for simple assembly. Replacement press-fit silicone edge panels are available, making design changes easy. This lightbox wall stands out on the trade show floor, with its photographic quality dye sublimation printing and modern slim profile design.

Initially impressed, but not now

When we first got the backdrop, it was exactly what I'd hoped for- great size, bright LED lights, decently self-explanatory setup. However, we've had it for only 2 months and are already not satisfied with the quality. When it first arrived, the case was ripped right through the bottom. The weight distribution wasn't sustainable for the type of bag it came with. They shipped us a new cloth case (citing they couldn't send us a hard case) which again ripped. So, I needed to spend an additional $500 on a hard case for shipping to-and-from conferences. Some of the beams have now bent through shipping, making it so that the L joints don't fit in the corners. One got stuck and as we tried to pull it out, it snapped. They don't send you additional pieces either so we're hoping gravity now keeps the beams in places. One row of LED lights stopped working too because the panel with the electrical connection was crushed inside the bags, despite us trying to be as gentle as possible.
