Functional, but very easily broken

Make sure to check the product immediately upon arrival, as the pedestal seems to be made with a lower-quality metal, and can crack easily during shipping. You have to report damage within five days of receiving the package. We ordered this for use in our hotel, and did not unbox right away. Upon opening the box, we discovered a major crack on either side of the metal piece that supports the tablet near the top of the pedestal. It looks like it could break off easily if the pedestal is lifted, or after a month or so of daily use by guests. Now we are out almost $1200 for a product that hasn't been used a day. My guess is that this cracking during shipping is evidence that the product might crack easily during normal wear and tear before you get very much use out of it. Definitely disappointing.
