The racks are easy to assemble especially if you have a hubby to help. The directions were lacking in that it is unclear if the collars have to line up with the double scribed engraved circles or of the collars can be positioned on the single circles (on poles). Seems the black nylon collars "click" into position on the double rings. Anyway I liked the first on enough to order a second rack so you know I was happy with the first storage rack.
