Wooden Display Cart, Retail Store Display

This wooden display cart is a great fixture for showcasing merchandise with character and style. This fixture is ideal for country gift shops, flower stores and retailers looking to add a creative touch to their display.

The 2 wheels have a 23" diameter to make the unit easily mobile, and also give it an authentic look. The full unit measures 42" long x 27" wide x 67.5" high.

This display cart is constructed of oak stained spruce wood with a black roof and wheels. Spruce is a softer wood, and you will see imperfections such as knots or a slightly rough feel that give the display country charm. The spruce makes for a relatively lightweight yet sturdy display for your goods. Assembly is required and hardware, instructions and an allen key are included. However, you will need your own flathead screwdriver to secure the roof. Assembly takes approximately 20-45 minutes.

Axle too Big

The axle was too big for the wheels, and did not fit the wheels. I had to break off pieces of wood from the wheel's center to make the whole big enough for the axle to fit, which was a time consuming task. Additionally, we were unable to put the cart's top on the cart as there were no holes on top of the wooden sides for the top's screws to go into. You would have needed a drill to make this happen. Putting this together took almost two hours.

Slightly damaged - Yet with few fixes makes for a unique display for my old bottles

Received the package fast. Yet there was damage that could be construed significant to the handle. So I came up with an idea to fix it by wrapping twine around the handle and it works out well. I stained the cart and use it to display old bottles I found behind my house. The cats also like sleeping on it - in fact taking it over. The axle lacked a hole on one end for the pin - but that turned out well too, since it is rather tight and after smacking the tire onto the rod {with my hand} it is secure and looks better without the pin on the side seen since I placed it against the wall so the cats sitting on it can look out the window. The top part - instead of the screws I just used small nails of my own and hammered into the wood. I stained the entire display and painted the inside. The cats sit on the very top and on the level 2nd from bottom. But I did buy this to display my old bottles.
