The moldings are 1/2" thick, plastic strips with a Mylar coating.
The plastic pieces individually slide tightly over each side

Buy cheap picture frames today! With the "CCF" series frame, your message is displayed behind a thin, non-glare plastic lens and held together with Mylar molding.

Your poster is held in place behind a clear, plastic .030" thick lens. Hang the cheap picture frames vertically as a 22" wide x 28" high frame or horizontally as a 28" wide x 22" high frame using the (2) pre-mounted hanging hooks.

This cheap picture frame is part of our inexpensive sign holder line. All products in this category are designed with a very low price point in mind. They are great when trying to keep costs at a minimum. However, they should not be ordered where an upscale look is needed such as a hotel lobby. Please see related items below if a more upscale model is required.

Please Note: The plastic molding covers 1/2" all the way around the frame leaving a viewable area of 21" x 27"

Looks fine; reasonably priced but initially bit of a struggle to put together.

Affordable for framing a simple poster but I initially had a hard time putting the pieces together because the cardboard backing was a bit thick for the frame pieces. Eventually used my thumb, index finger and forearm to slide each frame side piece alongside the cardboard, poster and lens. Needed to use extra strength; forearm to keep the frame piece from slipping off poster while sliding everything into place. Also placed small pieces of tape on the back of each corner/ adjoining pieces in order to prevent awkward looking slippage of frame pieces.
