Advertised size is not correct

The detailed description states the dimensions are 37.25 x 35 x 36.5. This cart does not have a depth of 35", it is less than 20". I now have useless cart for what I intended it to be used for. It is basically a throw away cart now. I sent an email last week regarding this and still have not received a response.
