Good Interactive Display.

PROS: Construction of the display is very good. All metal frame with heavy duty casters. Metal rear panel is great for storing the magnetic touch screen felt stylist that come with the display. Touch screen has very accurate input, with multi touch features such as "pinch to zoom" ect. Display is bright and clear, being LCD "image burns" are not a concern as they are with other types of displays like plasma, OLED, or MINI-LED. HDMI input jack is really nice if you want to connect an external device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop. CONS: The speakers are not very loud, about the same volume level as a laptop. A more powerful audio amplifier should have been installed, along with front facing speakers. The speakers are located in the rear at the bottom inside the service panel. It would not be that hard to tap into the speaker output with using a few resistors and a 3.5mm or 1/4" jack to make an audio out port if you do not have a Bluetooth speaker to connect too.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for the feedback regarding the speakers. I am told that If you wish to add a Bluetooth speaker our unit is compatible. Also in our next GEN Digital Signage the speakers will be louder in wattage, going from 2x5W to 2x8W (Rear Mounted).

Did not meet expectations

The speakers produce really bad quality sound. Unable to display content, as expected. Did not meet our expectations. We've tried for weeks to contact customer service to initiate a return, but every time I call, it tells me that my call is on hold and will be returned in the order which it was received. I opted to request a callback multiple times and no one is returning my calls. We also sent detailed email and have had no response from customer service.
