I ordered this product which appeared to be compatible with our hand sanitizers when I researched the model number. Not only did they not fit, they charged $ 26.34 to ship (3) of them to me and when I returned them using their label, an additional $ 13.20 to get them back. Therefore, I have no adapters and I lost $ 58.11 in the transaction. I questioned why the shipping cost going back to them was 50% less than it was to ship them to me and received no reasonable response. I understand paying shipping costs but losing $ 58.11 to receive nothing is beyond unreasonable. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
