Hanging Mechanism Doesn't Work

I purchased some nice acrylic sneeze guards from another site but wanted to try this vinyl as in this particular location people may bump into it and didn't want them to scrape their arms on hard acrylic. This was purchased to replace a temporary clear shower curtain in my lobby. I was hoping for an easy install and professional look. The vinyl itself is nice. The vinyl does not stay seated in the upper and lower rods even without any contact/pulling on it. It crashed to the floor after install. We ended up looping the vinyl over the upper and lower rod and using clear packing tape to adhere the vinyl to itself... essentially creating a small loop for the rods to go through. Then I poked two holes in the vinyl under the upper rod and looped picture wire through it to hang it. It is functional but I would have expected to pay $30 for what it looks like. Useless hanging mechanism. Would not order again.
