Hi John! The orientation of your photo depends on how the photo was taken and recorded in the image's metadata — sometimes even if a photo appears to be upright, there is backend code that tells it to upload in a different orientation on the web. Are you able to edit and reupload?

Now wait a second. In a post above, someone said that they rotated it on the Be Inspired Page. Why not do the same thing? I just do not understand why you don't know how to do that.

Sorry for the confusion, John! I uploaded the image separately on our Be Inspired page — the page doesn't automatically pull images from reviews. I am unable to edit our users' reviews, but I can see if our web development team can rotate your image for you.

One of the web designers wrote me and said they couldn't find the page. Not sure what that meant, but I gave him the SKU # three days ago, and it is still not fixed.

This rack is amazing! In fact, I've had to order a few because some of my international author friends wanted to buy one and they knew it would cost a lot to ship it to them so I sold them mine at the end of our book signing and ordered myself another one when I came back home. My co-author loved it so much that he even ordered one for himself. It's very sturdy and durable. I highly recommend this, especially if you have a lot of books or brochures to display.
